PURCHASING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

I'm very pleased that you chose to have one of my pieces for your home. If you have any questions about shipping please contact me in advance at jacquespilon@gmail.com.

PAYMENT
Payments are taken through PayPal in Canadian dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

SHIPPING
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within Canada, pieces are sent by UPS courier depending on size and weight. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There will be an extra charge for rush deliveries.

Shipping large pieces: Shipping costs for large artworks (over 48") may require specialist shipping; please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss shipping options before the artwork is despatched.

International shipments:
Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I will give you shipping options.

International shipments, including the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Picking up your artwork in person:
If you live in or near the Niagara region and would like to collect your painting in person, place your order and I will email you so we can work out a time to meet. My home is in Fonthill, ON.

RETURNS
I want you to be happy with your new artwork so I offer a buy-back agreement.

If a painting is not as you expect, you have 10 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service by

which it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 10 days. Artwork is displayed online as accurately as possible. Variations between browsers, devices and screen settings may be responsible for slight colour differences. Any slight variation between the image represented online and the actual artwork will not be a valid reason for return.

WORK SHIPPED OUTSIDE CANADA
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any artwork sent outside of Canada.

IF YOUR PAINTING ARRIVES DAMAGED
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photograph.

FRAMING AND DISCOUNTS
All work is sold unframed.

Prices are set in accordance with my gallery representation and it’s important that I don’t undermine them. Because of this, I’m sorry to say that I can’t offer a discounted price on work except when I am running a promotion on social media.
